Dr. S. Mohanraj, Research Coordinator, completed his both undergraduate and postgraduate in Biochemistry. He obtained his Ph.D degree in the area of Environmental Nanotechnology from Anna University in 2014. He has published over 6 papers in various International journals and 3 book chapters. He attained Junior and Senior Research Fellowship by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy of India and was awarded Canadian Commonwealth Fellowship of Canada (University of Windsor, ON). He is one of the members of Science Advisory Board and the International Nanoscience Community.

He had a keen interest in biochemistry and was driven to understand how nanoparticles bearing the living things. He is presently involved in Nano-bio interactions and Nanotoxicological studies. Also, he focused on the extent of the nanomaterials size with their bio- interactions and their influence of human health and the environment. He is extremely interested to explore the bioactive compounds from various natural sources and their potential health application.
